Position Summary:
To assist in achievement of the company's strategic objective and annual goals through the delivery of exceptional service and support reflective of Above and Beyond Service Company vision, mission, purpose, and values.
Responsibilities:
- Create a positive customer experience.
- Answer inbound calls with customers and address customer concerns
- Booking calls utilizing capacity planning and smart dispatch
- Make booking GLSA/PPC calls a priority, using waived dispatch fees or other avenues needed to book the call
- Make outbound calls as needed to reach the daily call count
- Call booking rate to be at 92% or higher, when training concludes
- Demonstrates customer care expertise and maintains high degree of credibility.
- Utilize customer relationship management software to book calls and keep customer information up to date
- Assist with booking Saige’s Loyalty Club Membership tune-ups and OG&E tune-ups
- Attend team meetings per supervisor or management’s direction
- Escalate customer issues to CSR Manager or Internal Operations Manager, if it cannot be handled by Customer Service Representative
- Maintain a positive atmosphere in the office and with other employees
- Prepare financing paperwork and collect payments.
- Participate in all company sponsored training classes.
- Abide by all standards of performance and ethics.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience, preferably in the industry.
- A high school Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Microsoft word, outlook, excel required
- Must maintain professional demeanor
- Proven Customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

GOAL:

PURPOSE:
Create a Positive Customer Experience:
- Support customers on the phone, during and after the job has been completed
- Maintain a courteous tone with customers
- Remember that customers are the lifeline of our company and always go above and beyond to meet their needs
- Using compassion, empathy, and positive language to resolve customer conflicts and maintain customer retention
- Identify core issues between customers and the company
Performance Metrics for Profit:
- Maintain average booking rate of 92% or higher to ensure optimal opportunities have been identified
- Maintain a chat response time of one minute or less for positive customer experience
- Keep all customer and location data up to date and accurate
- Continually work to grow customer memberships and keep cancellation under 3%
- Identify opportunities through age of equipment and properly mark job types
- Maintain necessary call count for each business unit to achieve set revenue and call count numbers for the budget
The Company Agrees to:
Company Benefit Package:
1.Pay the Employee an hourly rate of $- per hour
2.$10 per booked call after hours/on the weekends
3.$5 per call after hours/ on the weekends
4.Bonus Structure – Monthly
- Age of Equipment – 80% - 84% = $50
- 85% or Greater = $100
- Call Booking Rate – 92% - 95% = $100
- 96% or Greater = $150
- Chat Response Time – 1 minute or less = $75
- Last Response – 75% - 90% = $25
- 91% or Greater = $50
- Revenue Goals Achieved – $100 Per Trade
- $50 Extra if all 3 trades are achieved
5.Bonus Structure Quarterly
- Memberships Expired or Cancelled – Less than 3% = $100
- Membership Sales – 150 Sold = $200
6. Other Bonuses
- Based on phone/item sales (will be determined at time of spiff contest)

Role Expectations:
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of HVAC service technicians.

- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Assist in testing plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
Qualifications:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced plumbers
- Driver license required
Skills:
- Pipe threading: Ability to cut threads on pipes using a threading machine
